At Finish First, we hope that as you navigate your way through this website you will discover that we don’t just paint cars. We will paint almost anything as long as it fits in our brand new state-of-the-art spray booth. We have the knowledge and technical back-up to apply a beautiful finish to steel, aluminium, fibreglass, carbon fibre, wood, MDF and plastics.
We are a small company and we pride ourselves on giving one hundred percent commitment to all our customers - whether we are carrying out a full classic car restoration project, or simply painting a radiator for you to hang on the wall in your hall way. Our only aim is to make sure you leave our premises with your finished article not only meeting your expectations but hopefully far exceeding them.
Finish First has another string to its bow. We offer a design service, which runs in parallel to the painting and finishing. We can reproduce and apply graphics from historic racing cars and bikes. We can design, build and finish bespoke furniture, we can design colour schemes and corporate liveries. Examples of all of these can be seen on this website.
We pride ourselves on going that extra mile, not just sometimes, but every time. In most cases the substrate will be stripped back to its base and we then re-apply all the necessary coatings to ensure a quality finish that will last. We don’t simply paint over what is already there, as this can lead to future sinkage problems or unforeseen chemical reactions, which amounts to a sub-standard result.
Our workshop is set in the beautiful West Sussex countryside on a privately owned industrial estate, with a good level of security. This will immediately put your mind at rest when dropping off your pride and joy, knowing that it will be locked away every night in a secure environment.
