A Finish First specialty is to design and paint race replicas old and new. Find us some good reference material of an iconic race car or bike and we can reproduce the necessary artwork to re-create all the original graphics needed to complete that retro replica. Once the artwork has been applied we then lacquer the surface to seal the graphics and stop peeling etc. The end result not only looks better - but it also lasts longer.
The possibilities are endless. If you were a fan of the BTCC series throughout the glory days of the mid 90's for example, and you happen to own an old BMW E36 3 series and your hero was Johhny Cecotto - why not build a replica of that car and turn as many heads where ever you go as any supercar could. We can design it so the car looks authentic but remains road legal, or we can go all the way and build an out and out track car. It’s not just cars, we also paint bikes. As a sports bike fan you are more than likely a bike racing fan, MotoGP, World Superbikes, British Superbikes etc. Here at Finish First, we can recreate almost any colour scheme from any era and apply it to your bike. Unlike many pre-cut vinyl decal sets which are mass produced to fit a multitude of bikes, We will make the proportions of the artwork look right - which is a detail often overlooked when taking graphics produced for Rossi’s M1 for example and then making them fit your R1, which is obviously a very different machine.
We also have the ability to create something completely different. We can produce designs for a one off paint scheme for your bike based around a theme. Make an appointment and visit the workshop, we’ll have a cup of tea and thrash out some ideas and from there we will produce visuals of your intended design. Once you have approved the artwork we can then organise to have your bike here with us and the drawing will become a reality.
